The Small Print.

• All prices on this site exclude VAT which is added at 'Checkout'

• We have a minimum order value of £5.00. Minimum carriage charges are £3.85

The carriage charges calculated on this site are for UK INLAND destinations ONLY. Where the destination is not a UK Inland destination you can see the shipping charges for your destination by clicking on the link in the Carriage Charges Section on the Homepage. Where your destination is not included on the table, or the charges are different to those listed you will be contacted and advised of shipping charges before we process your order. By accepting our Terms and Conditions you also accept the shipping charges listed in the Carriage Charges Section on our Homepage.

Airworld will normally inform you when the shipment leaves our stores. You must inform Airworld if the goods have not arrived within 7 days of you placing the order OR 7 days after you were advised that it was shipped. Carriers will charge for returning to us any items that they were unable to deliver due to there being no one to receive the package. Should this occur then the cost of double shipping will not be paid by Airworld as this is outside our control. Returns sent by post should be mailed to Airworld (UK) Ltd, PO Box 1835, Winslow MK183ZS. Returns sent by carrier should be sent to Airworld (UK) Ltd, 62 Lowndes Way, Winslow, MK18 3EL.

• Although the prices on this site were accurate at the time of uploading, they may have changed by the time you place your order. Where prices have changed from the web site price we will contact you and advise you of the price change.

We reserve the right not to supply any product at the advertised price, but to contact you and inform you of the current price.

• Export orders to individual customers within the EC are subject to VAT. Invoices to businesses within the EC will not show VAT if the order quotes a current VAT number.

• All orders for destinations outside the EC are VAT Free. Where your order is eligible for tax free export you will not be charged VAT but the VAT amount may still appear on your on line confirmation

• Airworld participates in the Customs and Excise personal export scheme which allows personal exports by customers from outside the EC to reclaim the VAT when leaving the UK.

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
Before returning any product to Airworld it is necessary to contact us by phone and obtain a returns number.

Where items have been correctly supplied and are not faulty a restocking charge of 10-30% will be made.

All items supplied by Airworld are subject only to the manufacturers warranty, and we, the seller, assume no other obligation.

Product specifications published on this site are for guidance only and the end user must refer to the manufacturers' specification to ensure that the product is suitable for the intended application

All items must be fitted within the appropriate engineering procedure and the end user must satisfy themselves that they are suitable for installation and airworthy.

ELECTRICAL ITEMS (unless faulty) will only be accepted for refund if they have not been connected to any electrical circuit.. Faulty electrical items will be returned to the manufacturer for assessment before the refund is made. No refund will be made for electrical items that the manufacturer reports are in good working order, or have been damaged by customer misuse.

AIRCRAFT INSTRUMENTS have, in many cases, seals on assembly screws etc to deter tampering. Items returned for warranty will not be accepted if the seals are broken or missing, or if the original labeling has been removed.

BRAKE PARTS supplied by Airworld must be used with the correct brake fluid. The use of incorrect fluid will damage seals and render the item useless. Damage of this type is not covered by the manfactures@ warranty.

The diversion of any goods supplied by Airworld in contravention of UK EU or US export regulations is prohibited.

AIRWORLD UK reserves the right to decline the custom of any company or individual who chooses to disregard our terms and conditions.

PRIVACY. Airworld (UK) will not supply or release any information supplied to us by virtue of a sales submission unless legally obliged to do so by the police or other UK Government body.
